Commercial project Greenlane

• 190 apartment build in Greenlane Auckland.
• Sub-contracting to the main client to supplying quality builders labours riggers and dogman crew to complete the task of building 190 apartments.
• Over 4800square meters of timber framing and roof framing, and over 500 structural Panels successfully landed and fitted.
• Working with the client we were able to provide an service to help plan manage and meet th projects programming dealines.
• We were fortunate to be part of the initial build from foundation and set out to structural work and positioning to finishing and second fix.
• Logistical planning of material and sub-contractors, Plumbers and electricians
• Passive fire installation of over 2000 fire penetrations throughout the build to comply with 2017 current regulations of passive fire.
